I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! the location was perfect for me. Situated in a quiet yet conveniently located area just outside the city center, it provided the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. Additionally, the room itself was beautifully clean and well-prepared, with all the amenities I could ask for. From the ironing facilities to the in-room safe, everything was provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to. Humphrey, in particular, was incredibly attentive and made sure that all my needs were catered for. The level of service and warmth I received was truly exceptional.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Bedroom size and the mini bar which came in handy as well as the fact that it have a bath and shower.
There is no air conditioning and the heater supplied did not heat the room. In summer it could also be an issue since you need an air conditioner. The room had all the bells and whistles an air conditioner would have made it perfect

I recently had a stay at a lovely hotel just outside the city center, and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the rooms which had a balcony, adding that extra touch of relaxation. And finally, the service from the staff was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel well taken care of.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I really couldn't fault anything.

Good location near Grand Central Airport, I.E. no traffic problems to get to the airport.
The rooms are large yet sparse. There is no carpeting apart from some small thin rugs, which in winter means freezing cold cement floors. The heater provided was unable to raise the room temperature. The breakfast was mediocre. No idea how the hotel earned four stars.

Pleasant, comfortable rooms, location good for business. Good security for motor vehicles. Off street parking. Pleasant staff
There are no facilities outside of one's room. No bar, no swimming pool area. The description should be closer to a guest lodge than an hotel.

Weekend Getaway We recently had a wonderful weekend getaway at a lovely boutique hotel. the complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival were a pleasant surprise. the hotel is conveniently located near some great restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from.
Noise Level Unfortunately, the noise level from the nearby airport was quite noticeable and disturbed our sleep at times. the hotel's walls were thin, which made it easy to hear the conversations and movements of other guests.
